Säntis Himmelberg is the fourth standard bottling of the distillery. Just like the other bottlings, Himmelberg was named after a peak in the Alpstein region. After the maturing in beer barrels, the malt was matured in a wide variety of wine casks. Among others, port, sherry and merlot casks were used.
