For this gin from the Crafty Distillery, neutral alcohol is made from local wheat, classic gin botanicals, bladderwrack and spruce needle before being filtered through coconut shells. Large quantities of fresh oranges are flamed and pineapple is sliced and smoked. The fruit is then macerated, pressed and distilled, resulting in a full-bodied, sweet and fruity flavour experience, which is bottled at 40% vol. in environmentally friendly bottles. The bottle is made from recycled glass and also features an orange-coloured label and a wooden and cork stopper.
