The English Cotswolds distillery has been producing since 2014. Regional barley is used for its Single Malt and malted in the traditional process on the malting floor. The Cotswolds Flaxen Vale belongs to the Harvest series, which celebrates the beauty of the Cotswolds once a year by combining whisky blending and painting. The gift box design for this bottling is by Cotswolds-based artist Annabel Playfair. PX American oak sherry casks and Spanish oak oloroso sherry casks were blended together for this lush and fruity Single Malt.
