| Glenfarclas 25 years 43% Aroma: Marmalade, honey and a little coffee meld with sherry and nuts. Taste: Sherry and oak have the upper hand. Wonderfully full-bodied. Finish : Intense and long. Sherry and some smoke. |
| Laphroaig 16 years 48% Aroma: Sweet of leather, oak spice and vanilla with floral notes of broom and heather. Also roasted chestnuts, maple syrup and a hint of black pepper. Taste : Sweet again with syrup, caramel and honey, but also thyme, heather, oak smoke and tar as well as bergamot and chilli notes. Finish: Long-lasting smoky-sweet with salty seaweed and a medicinal character. |
| Greign 20 years 40% Aroma: Round with sherry notes and vanilla. Taste : Grape, vanilla and icing sugar. Finish: Warm and short, subtly spicy. |

The two Single Malts are joined by a Single Grain Whisky: Greign 20 years comes from the Macduff distillery and was partly matured in sherry casks.
